Kevin founded, Whitridge in 1991 to meet customers' demand for recruiting support from a trusted advisor. This trusted advisor philosophy led to the guiding principle of Whitridge - Think Success Architecture. Kevin's priority is to be the best provider of subject matter experts.

Kevin's entire career has been dedicated to providing the best possible service in the staffing business. Prior to starting Whitridge, Kevin worked for Data Arts and Sciences (DASI) where he was their top performer for five years, working both sides of the sales and recruiting desk to support customers in the financial services industry.  His career began at CDI Corporation where he was recognized for exceptional performance supporting clients in the engineering industry.

Kevin earned a BS from Fitchburg State College and studied Information Technology at Northeastern University.

Kevin is a founding member of “The Staffing CEO Group”, he also belongs to the TechServe Alliance, CEO Club of Boston and the CEO Dialog Program SBANE Group.

What Kevin likes most about working at Whitridge.

Favorite thing to do on a day off.
“Spending time with my family, watching sporting events, golfing, cycling, yoga, reading a good book and debating current events with friends.”
