Michael Servatius manages all aspects of recruiting at Whitridge. He works to enlist qualified candidates to match with our contract staffing and permanent placement engagements.

For more than a decade, Michael has been working in business and technology staffing. Before becoming Recruiting Manager at Whitridge, he worked as Account Manager, Recruiter and Lead Recruiter. Prior to that, he was Territory Manager for Higbee, Inc. a sealing products company in Syracuse, New York.

Michael earned a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York Institute of Technology.

What Michael likes most about working at Whitridge?
“The people I work with. Everyone here is caring, thorough, professional, hard-working and down-to-earth. We take pride in the quality work we do and never settle for mediocrity.”

Favorite thing to do on a day off?
“Be active with family and friends. I exercise regularly and always want to be outdoors if possible…playing golf/tennis, going for walks, camping/hiking, etc.”
