The most successful approach to advancing your career is through networking.  Throughout our own career, we meet many highly-skilled and competent people.  Some of them may not be happy in their current employment situation.  You can help them by introducing them to us.

If we are able to help them advance their career by placing them in a new contract or direct-hire role, you are eligible to receive a referral bonus of up to $1000!

The guidelines are:

• The person you refer must not already be in our candidate database.
• The referred person must be placed by Whitridge Associates, either on a contract assignment or in a permanent position.
• After completion of 3 months on assignment, you receive a $500 Referral Bonus.
• Should the assignment extend to over 6 months, you receive an additional $500 for a total of $1000.
• Should your referral be placed in a permanent position by Whitridge Associates, you receive a $1000 referral bonus after the client's guarantee period has expired.
