It's "Culture" not Content that's King!

As you review all the successful entrepreneurs stories of success there is a recurring them that permeates their stories and it’s not content or ideas or solving a problem. Most often what you hear or read is the driving force behind their companies success is Culture.

Culture is a difficult thing to define but often an easy one to feel and or see, it’s a mood of comradery, shared vision, and commitment to a specific mission and it successful completion together.

The other part of culture that is simple to see, feel and recognize is a broken or failing culture and this is often manifested in a loss or lack of individual and or team accountability. You will notice acceptance of the adequate and a fear of addressing the issue that is escalating out of control. This is the “Broken Work Culture” referenced in the following article and one that will eat your staff alive and begin the ultimate decline of your team or company.
