The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Working knowledge of the products and services within asset servicing and/or project management experience
  • Be detail and results oriented, well organized, and have strong communication skills; experience hosting client meetings, client presentations, and following up with internal/external stakeholders
  • Problem solving and project management skills
  • Asset Servicing product knowledge of (Custody, Accounting, Performance, and/or other services within Asset Servicing)
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred

The person who secures this role will:

  • Manage large or complex, multi-phased new business implementations; implementation projects will be client facing, use communication skills to host client and internal calls and attend client presentations as necessary
  • Assess requirements, report/track project status, manage project meetings/workshops, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies through weekly reports, CAIR log, and project plans, etc.
  • Escalate delays or issues that will significantly impact project delivery
  • Maintain open communication with Project Initiators, Operations, Front Office, Technology, Senior Management, and clients, and lastly to deliver within the agreed upon deadline
  • Consolidate data for multiple workstreams and review/define next steps for issues escalated by more junior roles
  • Report and track the overall project status, technology request, guides and reviews work completed by Junior Staff
  • Develop consultative partnerships with the client and Senior Stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements
  • Consult with the client and business to apply technology to business opportunities and processes, including planning and implementing across functional applications or systems
  • Support the US client onboarding strategy by supporting management in any function specific initiatives and employee engagement directives
