Spring is just around the corner, but the dreary winter weather hasn’t quite left us yet. BostInno has you covered with a list of networking and business events that will make this month fly by. Get ready for a successful spring ahead.

Here are Boston’s top tech and innovation events in March.

Monday, Mar. 2
Boston Accelerators: Navigating Your Options: This event will feature a panel of leaders representing different local startup accelerators. Speakers from MassChallenge, EforAll, Techstars and more will each discuss their accelerator’s selection process and programming so entrepreneurs can learn specifics about local accelerators and find the best fit for their startups. After the panel, there will be an opportunity for networking, and food and drinks will be available.

Tuesday, Mar. 3
Design Your Ideal Life: How to Achieve Real Success: Dillan DiGiovanni, an integrative identity coach, will lead a discussion about finding fulfillment and designing your ideal life. Attendees will learn how to stay consistent and balanced in order to improve happiness and success while advancing their careers. All you need to bring is an open mind.

Wednesday, Mar. 4
Ladies Lounge: Women Conquering the World of Tech: Hosted by General Assembly, this event aims to help women navigate and succeed in the world of tech. Panelists will discuss how to tackle stereotypes and fight inequality in the workplace.

Evening Mixer and Entrepreneur Spotlight on Mental Health and Wellness: This month’s District Hall mixer will feature a discussion led by Michelle Wax, local entrepreneur and founder of American Happiness. TUGG’s 2020 Wine & Tequila Party: Technology Underwriting Greater Good (TUGG) will host its 13th annual Wine & Tequila Party featuring Boston’s top tech companies, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Join in for a celebration of some of Boston’s most promising early-stage nonprofits and cast a vote for your favorite one. Of course, wine and tequila will be flowing.

Friday, Mar. 6
Little Lounge Concert: Hosted by Venture Café, this event will feature live music at District Hall in the Seaport with the goal of supporting small businesses and local artists. Enjoy performances by local musicians, shop with local brands and network with other creative professionals.

Monday, Mar. 9
Employee Compensation & Equity: Preparing For Growth: This workshop will answer questions about equity compensation practices for early-stage startups. Attendees will learn how to create an equity plan suited for their business. Lunch will be provided as well.
