Client Situation

Our client is a technology product company supporting diverse government and commercial entities. Their intention was to expand their offerings to include a services component. Through their existing contracts and relationships, they had access to multiple services programs, but lacked the internal capabilities and knowledge to create a winning go-to market strategy. They wanted to create a strategic partner alliance for IT services expansion while maintaining low risk and infrastructure cost.

The client required highly skilled, technology professionals with diverse skill-sets, certifications, and clearances. It was necessary to create a highly structured pricing plan, and required a partner that had deep experience in the government and technology space.

Our Solution

Whitridge Government Solutions (WGS) worked with the client to understand their expansion initiatives and to structure an alliance that would address their specific needs.  WGS assessed the existing internal resources and talent pool available to support current and future resource requirements. It was also necessary to create a talent acquisition strategy and educate the client on the diverse range of talent in the marketplace as well as the unique hiring practices within the government sector. A scope of services structure was agreed to and our alliance was forged. A meaningful offering for the client across the entire technology services spectrum to include a talent acquisition plan, screening process, onboarding and retention programs, as well as a program services expansion and business capture strategy.

This alliance drove the client’s successful development of an additional service offering beyond their existing capabilities, as well as a new revenue stream and field of expertise. The team successfully built programs that delivered end-client satisfaction and exceeded expectations. We continue to expand our active program participation and delivery capability.
 
Whitridge leveraged its expertise in government contracting and our understanding of current market trends within the federal sector to re-educate potential consultants on the current state of the market and bring deliver strong candidates to bear. Working with the client, we were able to streamline the hiring and onboarding process in order to provide highly flexible and consistent talent to the client and their end customers.  

Program Support Examples

We provide mission critical support to USSTRATCOM and the U.S. Air Force including: Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment, Global Strike, Integrated Missile Defense, Information Operations, global C4ISR, strategic war planning and execution, strategic analyses and assessments, space control, space support, force enhancement, and force application.

We provide end-to end Infrastructure Engineering Design solutions to a thirty billion dollar Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Information Technology Supplies and Support Services contract. This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity  contract is the largest in the bureau’s history.
