THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that provide clear direction and enable collaboration between teams
- Strong project management skills and experience managing timelines and deliverables in a complex organization
- Keen attention to detail
- Organized with strong ability to meet and set deadlines
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
The person who secures this role will:
- Work closely with the brand team and larger marketing organization to drive key brand level efforts
- Ensure all brand templates and creative executions meet quality expectations and brand standards
- Write and edit firm level presentations, talking points, Q&As, etc.
- Leverage internal project tool for design and publishing requests
- Partner with the digital team, channel marketing, and communications colleagues to effectively communicate business priorities, initiatives, and products to external stakeholders
- Develop creative ways to communicate the overall company vision, business strategy, inclusion, and diversity efforts, thought leadership, etc.
- Create timelines and organizing deliverables
- Support team with metrics and reporting asks
- Monitor invoices and tracking budget spend
